We get flocks of longtailed tits feeding in the garden, they are wonderful to see. I like the idea of three individual paintings making one picture, it gives me the impression of looking through a window. I have a few tryptychs in mind that I would like to do. I finished this one last year, it now hangs in our bathroom.
